We use carriers that offer the fastest and safest shipping for our customers. All customers are provided with a tracking number & confirmation email. The carriers that we may use are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGED HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN.

Can I Cancel My Order?

No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?

Sometimes our items sell out
very quickly due to high demand and on occasion an item you have ordered can
suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item in your order
sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of
your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest
of your order and refund the out of stock item. In other cases, if the billing
information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your
order may be cancelled. In this case, you will need to try placing your order
again using an alternate payment method.
